+What is Neuro-collaboration
+Our origin story

our mission

We believe work
should bring out the
best in its ADHD talent.

We're here to redefine
what's possible for
organisations with
neurodiverse teams.

To re-imagine how neurotypical
and neurodivergent brains can
come together to achieve
ambitious goals.

We call this neuro-collaboration.

Our mission is to bring
neuro-collaboration
to every workplace.

So that together we can
make the future of work
a neuro-inclusive one.

So that together we can make the future
of work a neuro-inclusive one.

About us

Hello, we are Work Design For ADHD, but you can call us WDFA for short.

We are a consultancy that uses the power of Human Centred Design to create productivity, burnout and performance solutions for teams with ADHD staff in the workplace.

ADHD staff aren't the only ones who benefit - Work Design benefits your entire organisation.

Because when you give your staff the keys to leveraging their differences and collaborating effectively they are then able to sustainably perform at their peak.

Helping your organisation Increase engagement, output, KPI's, innovation and retention.

At WDFA, we draw upon the knowledge of organisational psychologists, design researchers, data scientists, OT's and neuroscientists to solve your work design challenges.

Working with your ADHD staff, HR department and managers in executive leadership; we provide workshops, design sprints, and corporate training to make neuro-collaboration work for you.

Our Story

Our story

Natana Mayer
Founder

The workforce has changed so the way we work is no longer working.

As someone with ADHD myself, I’ve been able to marry neuro-research with human centered design to develop productivity systems for ADHD for the last 7 years.

I’ve brought design thinking to tech companies whose clients include: Airbnb, Monash University, Amazon, McDonalds, H&M, Apple, Epworth Hospital and more.

During this time, I’ve seen great companies lose top talent because previously there was no roadmap for neuro-collaboration in the workplace.

That’s why I created Work Design For ADHD
